I am a Pacific Northwest Native! I grew up on Mercer Island, graduated from Mercer Island High School and went on to graduate from the University of Washington. While in college I worked for one of the first home inspection companies in the Greater Seattle Area. I loved learning about houses and all of their problems! I ended up getting trained and licensed as a home inspector and enjoyed that career for over 25 years. The last few years as a home inspector I began mentoring other "soon to be" home inspectors and really enjoyed sharing my knowledge and experience with them. I love real estate because I continue to share that knowledge with my home buyers and sellers while also getting to spend more time with people and utilize my negotiation skills. I consider it a privilege to be part of people's lives as they go through upsizing or downsizing or any types of changes life may present them. No one understands how to evaluate the condition and potential of a house like an experienced home inspector. I spent more than 30 years as a home inspector in the Seattle area. In addition, I grew up on nearby Mercer Island, so I am able to offer you a rare combination of technical expertise and local knowledge that is immensely valuable whether you’re buying or selling.

Over the last 30 years, I have earned a strong reputation for being thorough and detail-oriented, always putting my extensive knowledge to work for my clients. I’m passionate about houses.
